REI looking to connect with people in Spokane, Austin, or Medellin

Hello everyone! I am a real estate investor whose family loves being nomads. My wife, 2 daughters and I are incredibly thankful that we have built businesses that now enable us to travel and manage our operations while on the road. We are currently in Spokane, WA where we have a few STR's, but will be headed to Austin in August and then Medellin Colombia in January. Would love to meet and connect with any other REI's. My experience and "expertise" would be in STR's, but also in general operations. I owned and operated a chain of 30+ convenience stores across 3 states for ~9 years so have a good background with operational execution, specifically as it relates to remote management. Can do. I might be looking to do a 1031 into something in Austin. I have a realtor for SFH properties, but wouldn't mind connecting with someone that can help me with multi-family options. For context, my wife and I attended UT and our first venture into real estate was a BRRR on the east side off MLK/Airport back in 2008.
