REI looking to connect with people in Spokane, Austin, or Medellin

Hello everyone! I am a real estate investor whose family loves being nomads. My wife, 2 daughters and I are incredibly thankful that we have built businesses that now enable us to travel and manage our operations while on the road. We are currently in Spokane, WA where we have a few STR's, but will be headed to Austin in August and then Medellin Colombia in January. Would love to meet and connect with any other REI's. My experience and "expertise" would be in STR's, but also in general operations. I owned and operated a chain of 30+ convenience stores across 3 states for ~9 years so have a good background with operational execution, specifically as it relates to remote management.
