I went to Humber for my Bachelor in Jazz and Contemporary Music, and I currently work with the Canadian Armed Forces as a musician.

You wouldn't be financing the reno money, but as long as it could still appraise for $440k, you would be able to use the money saved from the lower down payment to go towards the reno.While I am definitely able apply for a convention loan, as a touring musician during COVID and one that writes off much of my income through my corporation, my tax returns leave me out of the running for a decent conventional loan.

In 2026 will be working for myself and in 2031I will be able to run my business remotely and travel the world with my family and friends following the musicians and artists that we love.  

Maybe there were, it's not really my area.I remember one court case where symphony musicians were not allowed to deduct the cost of their performance tuxedos, under the theory that those clothes were suitable for non-business wear.

They're trying to keep youth musicians here active and engaged through this epidemic lockdown.

I've only had a couple of years away from finance where I managed a musician, but besides that I've worked with people and lending so if anyone needs any advice in that regards i'm happy to assist, and excited to build with this amazing network of doers!
