Tenant claims they don't know, initially a pro cleaned the carpet which actually spread the urine smell everywhere.

If a dog damags your property IE: staining wood floors with urine the tennant is responsible for repairs.

Do you walk the place yourself, and realize that all the contractors are wrong, it's that the top floor tenant has four puppies that are peeing everywhere, and it is urine coming through the ceiling? 

And the tenant during winter: "I can't sleep at night because every time I turn on the heater, rat urine smell comes out of the vents."

I just started house hacking and this is from my apartment lease that just ended.So in the 2 years I lived at my old apartment, my dog had probably 6 accidents (urine or vomit).

Expecially of ur in the clicky groups.... but I had a perfect deal that I  needed help and guidance on and tried  to get that help and unlimitly lost out on.
