One of the properties is rented to unbanked tenants, so I haven't found a way so far to expedite rent collections, although I'm happy to say that has not become an issue.

I'm a bit of a cynic, so whenever I see an ad that features; "owner will finance", I read that as another way of saying; NO BANK WILL TOUCH THIS HOUSE WITH A TEN FOOT POLE.That said I make a pretty good living providing owner financing to people who may be "unbankable" in general or just don't have the downstroke needed to get into a conventional loan.My typical ad says; "owner will finance with $2,000 down".
