What would you tell your younger self on day 1 that you started working on a MF acquisition that you either learned the hard way, avoided by luck, or triumphed over.For instance:I was listening to a Rod Khleif podcast and heard someone mention a strategy for raising rents and keeping the tenants on a property they acquired.

The opportunities for education and improvement are literally never-ending, with constant opportunity for challenge and triumph.

Learning everything I can, watching others and learning from their mistakes or triumphs. 

I need to celebrate small triumphs, be present for others, thank others, allow my mind to take a break, keep my mind more open, laugh more, and smell the roses. 

My reference is to real estate investing success, not personal triumphs. 

There's specific knowledge that can only come with ownership - buying and selling as a broker doesn't make up for the blood, sweat, tears, triumphs, and lessons learned of ownership specific to a jurisdiction.
