I’m just shocked they can advertise it in writing as a triplex and it’s not.

For example, we've recently taken over marketing internally because the property management company was not experienced enough in using the newer advertising methods we need to pursue.

Actually have people contacting me before I advertise a unit available.

Also seems that most brands have limited options for dressers, and those they do have are more concerned with having a trendy MCM look than being functional. 

If you can sit on the sidelines and be choosy this requirement is fine, but you are going to have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find someone with that much cash on a wrap sale transaction...it may take 6+ months unless you advertise like a mad man3.

Which means they are probably advertising new Deals all the time even though their prior offers are collapsing.
