No one should be selling guns to just anyone out of the trunk of a car.I've not read all the posts, I got behind, but did anyone answer my question about gun restrictions, that no one has used a machine gun in any mass shooting, since they were banned!

Don't mix bleach with amonia products to clean the place.Don't sit on a limb you're cutting off unless you're on the trunk side.Don't use a match to find a gas leak, use soapy water.Don't use gasoline to clean the floor in an enclosed garage especially if there is a gas water heater.Don't walk on the insulation in an attic unless its on the joists.Don't pull away a ladder unless you are sure no one is on the roof.Don't use a blow torch to peel paint off window trim. :)

The neighbor however is permitted to remove or trim any part of the tree that is infringing into their property (limbs, roots, even the trunk if it's leaning over the property line) even if that results in killing the tree.

However, I'd get another plumber to verify since cast inside the house usually doesn't corrode and it'd be pretty obvious in what you can see, but if the trunk to the sewer is leaking AND the grading is right, then I understand it'd save you digging up the line.I thought you meant galvanized lines to the faucets.

Obviously they were very upset and then Last week, they gave us a letter from their lawyer asking for $20,000 or they are going to sue since we “willfully committed negligent and intentional torts”Since that time, we have gotten a new survey and 99.5% of the trees are on our property but the trunks of 3 of the trees does go over the property line a bit (by 10-30%).
