What are some terms that would appeal to an investor?

We specialize in short-term rental investments through our integrated real estate, mortgage, and property management services, delivering expertise at every stage of the process.

We act as GC on our efforts but we have gotten tired of the effort involved.  

A couple of things I like to tell my newbies-Owning a short-term rental property can offer significant financial benefits.

Some say their leads are solid, while others feel they're just scraping public records you could access yourself with some effort.

Two doors doesn't provide any sort of scale to make the cash flow more predictable. i would think hard if this is really worth your time, money, and effort...please explain the quote about two doors?

Everyone does that a little when starting out but statically speaking spreading effort into multiple markets is not the best use of your time.
