Well, my momma always told me if I don't have anything good to say, don't say anything, but I don't always follow her advice. :)I don't blame those trying to get into RE so much as the gurus and coaches feeding off them with the pie in the sky, how easy it is and go put properties under contract they can't close on.......but, whatever. :)

Hopefully my sugar momma can step up and bring in a big pay check.

Momma picks the house and after kitchens the bathrooms are the next most important room in the house from her perspective.

I myself went down to surrogates court in Albany,Ny and sat down. i asked the clerk how to find open probate cases and he led the way.

author--well, one self-published book DON'T TELL YOUR MOMMA YOU'RE AN ATHEIST, and a sailing enthusiast..I may be 'jumping-the-gun' a bit here, as I have just moved into my new house (3 weeks ago) and I don't anticipate making a real-estate investment decision for another 3 years or so.
