Alright so I don't know how many of the investors on here are hair stylists but check this out.

I'm also considering some Buy and Hold opportunities.I have a small team of home stylists and designers at my full-service professional interior design and home staging firm called HER | Staging & Interiors LLC. 

The idea of the salon was that the booth rental from the stylists would cover all the overhead and the product sales and other things I had there to purchase would be the profit. 

The building has the potential for 4-5 tenants- hair stylists, massage therapists, artists or office space.  

The same type of crap happened in S Florida when I lived there during the bubble/crash - literally everyone was attempting to flip homes, make money in RE -- as the old wisdom goes when your hair stylist, taxi driver or whatever is starting to talk about some sort of investment that's when you should approach w caution or get out.  

I confirmed rental rate with 2 separate hair stylists that confirm it’s an appropriate rate. 

My wife is is a Hair Stylist and Realtor. 

What does my hair stylist do that I couldn't do?

Also my wife is a hair stylist and people are always coming in with pictures and unrealistic expectations of what she can do for their hair type.

Of people I've spoken to so far, the general consensus is that, stylistically, the dark grey cabinets are the better option.
