House Hack Kitchen Remodel

I recently purchased a two-home property as a house hack. One house is already rented out and I am living in and fixing up the other house in anticipation of eventually renting it out as well. My current dilemma concerns the quality vs. style vs. cost of the kitchen remodel. I am using Ikea cabinets, and In order to get the specific cabinets I need, I'm left with the "VOXTORP Dark Grey" or "Bodarp Grey Green" options (pictures are included below). Of people I've spoken to so far, the general consensus is that, stylistically, the dark grey cabinets are the better option. The tradeoff is that they are about $1,700 more for the same number and sizes of cabinets. I'm trying to get advice on how much "style" matters to renters in terms of ROI. I don't intend on selling this property for a long time, and my architect brother is helping me with the layout/design process along the way so I'm confident it will have an over all "in style" look. Will more "in" cabinets make up for a $1,700 price difference, or will this not make enough of an impact to the average renter/airBnB guest? Thanks so much for the help!
