Ideally you want to stash some of your cash flow for a rainy day.

My advice is: you seem young so stash that cash to plow into additional units. 

It doesn't cost much and you can earn while you learn, and stash away as much of the proceeds as you can for investing in RE later. 

Like I mentioned I am really looking to bring in some residual income and stash that away for another multi-family.

We have a considerable stash of cash and will likely have high salaries to help us invest in a piece of property we would be proud to live in. 

Live below your means and stash a little cash.

I maintain a high savings rate and have stashed away a large cash reserve.
