You do not want to be taking 2AM calls at night about a clogged toilet from across the US.

Anything else is GAMBLING.You can think your gonna "find a great team" but heres the catch; If you know diddly-squat about that market, how do you know what is a "good" team member or not? 

After 16 years of Tenants Toilets and Trash we 1031ed NNN in 2019.

I think the removal of toilet seat and items bolted to the walls show malicious intent as well.

It has solar power, a compost toilet, and other things of that nature to be self-sustaining.

Unfortunately, yup, those with the marketing skills and diddly-squat know how can, and do, raise immense capital. 

@Adedayo Adetunji people that break into a property & occupy it are called "squatters".On September 24, 2014, three new Michigan Statutes went into effect to make squatting a crime and give landlords more options to remove them (see Michigan HB 5069/PA223, HB 5070/PA224, HB 5071/PA225).

(other issue was a leaky toilet we took care of, at our expense).
