Hi @Dan K, As far as I know you must add sprinkles in Somerville for any 3 multi family and more.

Google says, yo freaks, get backlinks,  sprinkle keywords over your page.. and like sheep everyone does this.

Most investors on this site are residential with a few commercial sprinkled in so when BP develops software to use that is likely the main focus residential first.There are tons of software for commercial analysis to use out there. 

If they can get XX return with as least as headache as possible and sprinkle in some equity growth over so many years than it can sounds appealing.
