With all that additional time on my hands I splurged and ventured into a whole list of additional projects: new construction, did remodeling jobs for high end clients, started coaching and got licensed and pretty soon worked as a full time agent - and all that on top of managing our portfolio, acquring additional properties which then had to be rehabed, rented and refinanced.
