I do appreciate the no hassle and quick credit for spam leads or duplicates when I make the request, although it would be great if the system picked them up in advance.

The one thing I can say about them is that they will absolutely SPAM your phone and call you to make sure you "review" the material they sent you for the next call..

A lot of what is in there is just spam.

For cold calling, I really like Mojo Dialer for larger lists, very easy to use and has great tools to managing being tagged as spam.

Unfortunately, I haven't received much participation as many people always suspect spam with these things.

Please don't message through Airbnb as owners find it annoying as they get hit up by cleaners, instagramers and property management companies all the time this way and many of us mark it as spam which could kill your Airbnb account. 

And overall, watching you spam rate.

It was very difficult to properly get your rented phone numbers setup with the networks per the newly enforced spam rules.
