I do try and tweak pricing just so it sees that there is active updates on the listing sites.

@Zachary Scalzo I have an MTR in Chesapeake and am interested, but when I try to visit your site it won't come up.

Basically, they name everyone because they’re hoping and counting on the fact that people set up their own LLCs and didn’t adhere to basic entity maintenance and kept things separate (like bookkeeping and separate bank accounts).

However, on my back burner is a direct booking site and I'm leaning toward OwnerRez (once I get through Ski Season).

There are obviously a lot of variables that come into play.I'm looking at developing a small 2 acre property that has already been engineered for septic and platted for 8 mobile homes. 2 MH are already on site with all utilities present, but for the 6 MH remaining that I want to put on site, the land still has to be developed.

That would be great if you can post the study here.P.S what are your thoughts on PropertyRadar(I hear they do daily updates I dont know how true this is though) and Listsource by core logic(the site claims daily updates)?
