On other words, I'm not in disagreement for you to sell your won transporting vehicle so you can use a scooter or bicycle to commute from your house to your job, but would you agree that's the best option?

I see a lot of people walking around 32204 and they walk to the bars, coffee houses, I am waiting for the ride sharing bikes and scooters to start popping up in 32204 and 32205. 

I've found that renters with large dogs tend to have less turnover, and meeting the dog and making sure it's well-trained can alleviate a lot of the worry except the scratching of hardwood floors, which is a given (slightly more damage than parents who let their kids use their scooters, skateboards, bikes, etc., all over the hardwood).
