Property is in Nevada which requires 60 day notice.If I renew lease with the tenant for another year, but increase rent on 2nd month, would that satisfy the 60 day notice?

Every investor faces challenges, whether it's finding deals, securing funding, or managing rehabs.

The other way to satisfy is to get the property owner to refinance but that is not always in your control. 

However, I'm finding the available comps to be quite sparse, and the spread is larger than expected, making it challenging to pinpoint a likely value for these lots.I'd greatly appreciate any insights or local knowledge about this market.
