So I just joined Buildium, spent hours setting everything up, it seems mostly pretty great, except one HUUUUGE issue that is making my head explode...they don't support credit card tracking?!?!?  

You want prospective tenants to come see it, walk it, imagine living there so don't get in the weeds on the details or offer photos that aren't great. 

Others deliberately hide their success so the exaggerators don't pester them!

So instead of a $700k income, we'd be looking at $583K instead?  

If so, is there any red flags such as rental restrictions, limitations, etc.
