How do I negotiate with roofers.

And I have been through 3 roofers on that list and they are all suck and expensive. 

Roofer, Electrician, Plumbing, Drywall etc?

I have a great Roofer/Exterior Contractor and a great Pest Guy. 

But the cost to have a license roofer install it is going to be $10,000+, if I had to take a wild guess....Versus a couple hundred dollars for you to roll on the elastomeric.

I expect my roofer to work on it this weekend.
