Sorry for the ramble - just on this roller coaster called life...........

You may stand there with a dripping paint roller in your hand showing an available rental property and at least 30 percent of applicants will ask "can I paint?". 

My advice: skate to where the puck is moving, which cities are growing and where the young folks are going.Where are young folks moving?

You do get a lot of appreciation in CA which is attractive but you have to be able to withstand the CA roller coaster.

@V.G Jason I don't totally agree or disagree with you but when one does business it is like a roller coaster.

Take your time, buy nice brushes and go for a 14 inch roller and this is fairly easy to do. 

.- The city (5min away) redevelopment with new theatre, city walk, shops, outdoor skating, and more family friendly updates.- REIT's have purchased several facilities in the Boise metro (surrounding cities) area and are building (I wonder why??)

Well, this has been sort of an emotional roller coaster given we need to sell the place within a time limit given our financial and health situation (plus wanting to put an offer on the home we want before it sells).

It sounds like an emotional roller coaster.

I bought my first home in 2021, which was quite the roller coaster, and in 2022, I closed on a small piece of vacant land all by myself, despite some fears.
