Okay , so from what you’ve explained, it’s clear that my message is not all compelling, because I am just not getting responses ...period. so, I guess I start from scratch and rework the narrative.

The supply and return plenums will likely need to be re-worked however if you can use the supply branches to the actual spaces, you could conceivably save a ton of money there.

its crazy for sure but here in the NW its very difficult to make any kind of RE work out numbers wise. 

@Abel Curiel I've reworked my budget to squeeze an extra $1,000 out of it for the year but unfortunately my income doesn't allow for much more than this. 

I used to be in IT, looks like quite a bit of rework.

Same wires, just needs a new receptacle in the wall and some reworking and a new breaker in the panel.
