The process seems daunting and overwhelming, and I am not confident I will put the time in to talk to sources, analyze, and find properties for investing purposes.

My question is: How do I properly take the interest that my LLC has put into the new LLC and give it to my person for the purposes of getting a loan from the bank through a refinance.

What's the purpose of trying to get a loan when I have to pay that much out of pocket just to get it?
