We are discussing amicable resolution now and I will keep this thread updated if anything changes part of the ongoing dialogue.

I do think in this instance, a better resolution is to negotiate an extension with your current hard money lender, and get your credit to at least a 700+ for better terms.

The person signing the lease provided me with a "Resolution of Corporate Authority".

I want to give them a chance to provide a fair resolution and improve the work before I terminate the contract & fire them.  

They have helped with some similar issues in the past, but I think they only work with people over a certain number of listings :/You are not allowed to collect the fee through the resolution center?
