Giving a round of applause to @Jerryll Noorden for this one ""A FSBO is off market.

As a side thought, it seems that my personal network of potential investors (at the friends and family level) is holding its applause until I finish my first BRRRR (that I closed with hard money, thanks Adam Messmer). 

Applause to all of you who made it out of early-life hardship.

I have $1.5 MILLION dollars (I hold for the applause).

Amazing story that got a small applause upon conclusions of how she let the family stay in the house for free for 3 months after the deed transfer.

As I recall, there was one agent, recognized with thunderous applause, who had completed 7 Bold workshops and was about to do #8.When it came time to write an offer for our new home, I was completely ghosted.

I’ve got young kids etc and well I’ll speculate about real estate all day but I’m gonna wanna stay distant ish with the rapture etc.

While I do applaud you for wanting to do the right thing by your family, I'm not sure that they will have any such applause or appreciation for you.  

I read your profile and based on your experience we are definitely at two different points in our investment careers, and my applause goes out to you.
