You might as well just focus on listing other peoples properties if your going to substitute prophet for labor.The same goes for using your own money. 

The ones that do, I think would charge such an exorbitant amount that Im sure most of your prophets would go to the debt service.  

@Ameenah Muhammad if you sold the property and the new owner didn't pay the taxes, it isn't your problem.

Getting freed up from the basic grind of paying for overhead is my most important goal, and then all sorts of possibilities - many of which it's not even possible to know - will open up.I like Nobel Prize Winner Muhammad Yunnus' idea of making your money and then using the same entrepreneurial skills and your new-found free time to start social businesses whose ROI is on solving social problems AND dollars.

There is definitely a way to make prophet, surely everyone who owns a 4-plex in this area doesn't lose money.
