These things should NEVER be considered in an educational program much less a program that has self serving owners with over-hyped experience and credentials.Students have been squeezed out of deals that their coaches are involved with.

There are DSCR 5-8 unit programs that have 30 year fixed rate terms for DSCR 1 ratios.

There are people in her program who do 3-4 deals in less than 90 days.She actually cares about clients and is the one who’s teaching and coaching live. 100% recommend

yes there are DSCR no ratio programs at higher interest rates 30 years fixed. so refi out of the bridge to that if 100% needed.. not recommended as i said unless no other option. get it rented.
