Wholesaling Mentor/Coach Advice

I’m new to wholesaling and I’m considering working with a mentor/coach.

Any person ever worked with Paul Argueta (Dispodragons) or Alex Martinez (Real Estate Skills) as a mentor/coach, what has your experience been like? Specifically, what stood out about their approach, the impact they had on you, and advice you’d give someone considering working with them.

Thank you all for any insight you can provide.
