I would put some in passive syndications with responsible sponsors that I trust, I would invest some in the stock market, precious metals and bitcoin.

For those of us who used an spreadsheet in the past as @Chris Martin indicated preciously, appraised value is not an importable field anymore.

Keep in mind some of those Southern churches are very wealthy and those running it are driving top end cars  50k rolex and wifes decked out in hundreds of thousands of Nice personal jewelry this is what I saw when I worked MS TN and AL.. those Pastors were quite wealthy.
