I don't know if you are referencing our 4.7 star rating on Google or 4.8 on BP or our 74 NPS rating over the ~1,200 loans we closed last year, but our customers are pretty clear, Loanbidz customers are very well taken care of.

It never ceases to amaze us how at one for example, we peak at $400/night with solid 5 star reviews.

The fact that you had some negative reviews is certainly hurting you.So you have 4.46 stars and 12 reviews.

A good bonus structure can turn an average manager into an all-star. 

That it can impact your 5 star review more than what you can charge on a daily rate.

Frankly if the neighborhood is sketch, you are begging for 3 star reviews and failure.Run the numbers on a LTR scenario or maybe a MTR.

No need for a PMS with only one.AirBNB and VRBO can handle things for you.In the end you won't save much time with only one STR.Plus, personal correspondence really works well to boost those 5 star ratings.
