Quality contractors already have their plate full . 

From my own eyes redacted took a 2 week break while a new studio was being built, during that time Clayton did mobile shows and we noticed European plates on cars then freeway signs from the interstate system, I am very familiar with these we lived there for 65 years, tune in to redacted on you tube, they talk about living in Portugal and no longer do.

It very easy to do, it just begins with finding the strategy that does not add to much to your plate and allows you to have that balance. 

I like condo and townhouse investments that cashflow because a lot of maintenance is off your plate, but it depends on the amount of the HOA.

I go to Sams and buy a big pack of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, paper plates and a $50 gift card to the local pizza place with a nice welcome card.

We are considering other avenues, but with our plate being this full we are just very stressed.
