Hi all,I’m new to the biggerpockets community.I am a 28 year old licensed pharmacist in California (becoming licensed in another state is a non-issue, and I work 100% remotely) and have been saving up cash for a property.

I originally wanted to be a pharmacist. ( Egyptian way of life ) After obtaining a bio degree and getting in pharmacy school I decided that the family business is where I wanted to be.

He was a pharmacist and earned $100,000 / year in his twenties.

A little background info: I'm a pharmacist living in Palm Beach county, with an aspiration to make a steady secondary income through REI.

might just be the pharmacist in me but having an initial plan,  priorities, and set targets in mind that have some track record of predictable results is what I’m hoping to set more clear dimensions to...  

I just listened to your podcast last night (small world - I work overnights as a pharmacist at Walgreens) and thought it was full of great information by the way.The listing agent provided the following info which doesn't make any sense to me.Gross Income: $28,080 (divides out to $585/month/unit)Rent Listed in their current ad online to rent unit is $545/month though with a $300 deposit?
