It demands effort and persistence.

People that have experienced the smell coming through the walls via the interior voids will tell you it is quite potent, persistent and annoying.

Furthermore when you raise money from investors who don't have local knowledge of the market where the investments are made it only magnifies the problems that persist and allows some of these operators to extend the time period before the true troubles surface which only makes it worse for those who have invested.  

If you're persistant, you can get things done, but it does take a lot of time.

When ever I had gotten too persistent about sending photos, he would change the subject or find a reason why he couldnt document the progress.

People have different circumstances but I just like the premise of another great book, Think and Grow Rich, it takes lots of failures and successes and persistence to get to where you are.
