You can spend your time in worse ways, like watching some silly movie.

Hi Michael,I agree with Bruce that rephrasing other people’s content can be risky, as it could potentially lead to plagiarism issues, and it doesn’t establish your business as an authority in the field.

Those people are GONE.

Don't spend a lot on improvements as they tend to get damaged with every tenant.  

I think we can reduce our spending quickly if needed.
