the point here is I have made an over abundance of mistakes and am being super cautious so I don't screw this up as I will in all probability never have  the money to do this again, since  under all the boring details I'm not scattering all over this post, as far as just go buy a house goes... .Would love to.

I actually think that continued growth in the RE market could drive some rent rates down as many companies are building apartments like crazy and thus an over abundance of places available to rent.
