I completely outfitted my 4 bedroom house from scratch a few years ago, and it was a huge amount of time and work.  

How do you typically balance cost versus quality when outfitting a property?

Calls to his cell, WhatsApp, the Project Managers cell none of which even go to VM.Seems they're just overwhelmed but definitely not an outfit we'll be doing business with again.

Some owners don't want to put out tens of thousands more to outfit a high quality STR. 

I personally wont give a wholesaler a non refundable deposit.. if the deal cant close for some reason they will normally ghost you.. this is probably new western or one of those outfits.. who rely on FOMO high pressure to get the deposits up front and released like that.

Commercial real estate is in real trouble, banks & commercial lending outfits will not touch mixed use.

And of course they are just upset- a civil suit would cost them so much more- but maybe you could pay them to leave and get someone into the newly outfitted unit and avoid the headache.

One, the mom and pop investor will waive their white flag and sell to a larger outfit. 

That said, unless there's collusion between him and the plumbing outfit, roots in the line are pretty easy to prove with a camera.

Remember you have to update and outfit each place with everything a guest will need, which is quite a lot.
