I think eventually a VR set up will be common online or at RE offices.

A nice looking desk and a chair (Borrowed from your own house) and a faux potted plant in a bedroom that suggests the perfect office. 

I would guess many government workers are renters like law enforcement and state department as they rotate in and out of the field offices to DC.

The idea that you could screw up so many multifamily investments but are a reliable source for investing in farmland is farcical.

I wouldn't say that office properties are necessarily foolish to buy but I would certainly be wary of it.
