@Jack Cottrelli get nervous when new investors buy random properties out of state.this is below the median price in KC, so i am assuming it may be in a more challenging neighborhood.  

The process went smoothly, and I’m happy I got a tenant so fast, but the high supply of new builds in the area makes me nervous.

I’ve never analyzed a deal before, so while I’m excited, I’m also nervous about making mistakes.

So, even though I was freaking out a little, I mean I was 100k in at this point (50k fee to join and 50k loan) I did my best to keep calm despite feeling pretty nervous.

I was so nervous about how he’d respond.

I am kind of nervous as a first-time homebuyer and first-time investor investing out of state and looking at markets across the country.

I am currently located in The Bay Area, California and I am little nervous about  investing out of state but I thought I would give other cheaper markets a shot other than my backyard which is expensive.

They are very new which does make me a bit nervous.

I do truly want to hold on to it and I think I'm just nervous to change my manager, though I don't feel it is going as well as I'd like it to.

In regards to Detroit, all signs point to growth but now with Trump in office I'm very nervous- tariffs on Canada would really hurt us.
