Another idea is to do an Instagram wall on the lanai..have a mural and maybe a neon sign (some people name their house) and you can put that in neon and have people tag your house and help them advertise for you.

And to the nay sayers, “hold my beer.”

I told him what day I expected to finish the rehab and to contact me at that time and I would treat him to a burrito and beer to discuss local RE.  

Have cameras so you can prove who throws beer bottles and chairs in the pool. 

As an investor that is WAY too early and extremely complicated to achieve the transition to a Title.If you guys need a call with me to clarify anything let´s share a virtual coffee (or beer, depending on time) and talk some Real Estate.
