like mushroom or cans or end gable vents?

When I researched this, it's sort of ambiguous but says the person owning the crops must do work to tend them (specifically excluding mushrooms as there is nothing to do there) and the general feel of the explanation was commercial, not residential.But I couldn't find any real guidance on this. 

Have a closing this week that meets my guessed profile of what exists today and will mushroom 10x 100x through end of year and 2021;   newer owners, marginal jobs, job loss, low reserves to survive, house maintenance falling behind, and general stress re paying bills and wanting to get out. 

If there is room between the insulation and roof deck you can add mushroom vents.

This is just a "soap box" moment...here it goes: Every time someone has told me or alluded to the fact that banks don't behave or process along logical lines, a little, sometimes not so little, mushroom cloud of disgust erupts over my head.

I also prefer the slant back (birdsnest proof) vents instead of mushroom vents.

We also started pulling up flooring that was set barely over concrete with batt insulation under it... there were mushrooms growing in the batt insulation.

@Andrew Bissada there is no "path of progress" here, more like a mushroom cloud of progress.

I'm looking at a property that's quite close (almost across the street) to a local mushroom plant that produces significant smells.
