Italy and new york are already seeing a decrease in new cases this isnt going to be a long term issue and I invest for the long term so view it just as a good buying opportunity for both stocks and real estate.The real mortality rate is also much lower then is being reported due to lack of testing mild cases.

In 6 months it will likely be over either way and things will either still be normal or things will be starting to get back to normal.I don't see a scenario where the mortality rate in the U.S. is anywhere close to 1 percent, much less 2 percent.

Due to lack of widespread testing I believe that this virus has infected way more people than we currently know and I suspect the actual mortality rate to be a lot lower than what is being reported.
