I was born into the hottest real estate market in the country and would be lying if I said I dont envy the home prices elsewhere.

I'd be lying if I said its been easy or that I haven't been in some dark places the past 9 months.

If I told you that money is sitting and waiting for me to have a deal, I wouldn't be lying.

They could've even done the repair job themselves and hence they would not be lying by stating it was repaired.  

What you can expect from Sherman Bridge Lenders: promises will be made to you, they will not be fulfilled; you will be lied to, you will be ignored, you will be stuck in a trap between the hard money purchase loan and the supposed refinance permanent loan you are ultimately expecting to get.

Of course, she could be lying or maybe she has been sick and just isn't thinking clearly.  

I'd be lying if I said my stress level was low over the past couple of months, LOL.   

The frequency and substantiality of sales are highly probative on the issue of holding purpose because the presence of frequent sales ordinarily belies the contention that property is being held "for investment" rather than "for sale."

I'd be lying if I said I never used an unlicensed roofer but as a licensed builder myself I can pull permits and check the quality of work, both on jobs before ours and on ours.
