@Kasey Hardt very interesting,  didn't realize this was a pattern but even I've got friends that are getting recruited to the area for medical device startups etc, so could be a very interesting trend to watch.

Itemized breakdown has ridiculous amounts for damages, thefts of toolboxes, medical claim, loss of use etc.

I have worked with many medical professionals where they adopted the basic strategy you are trying to use.

I've heard horror stories that it's usually impossible due to the "burden placed on the municipality" but could really never understand what that burden was... most people living in those units wouldn't be using the school systems so aside from maybe an increased volume in emergency medical situations I can not understand that statement? 

If it sounds like ******** require the production of the medical need for a service dog or begin eviction proceedings.

NL is close to both 290 and the Pink Line, and close to the Medical District, great for medical staff and possibly traveling nurses.

If they want to sell it and have emergency funds for medical bills, seller financing likely won't appeal to them. 

The hospital is going to ask for it over and over again during medical checkups.

Also, consider who you’re hosting, is it families, business travelers, or medical professionals?
