The rate the manufacturer offers is 4.8% which is why I am going through them.

I have noticed a lot of investors are seeking out cities that are offering lower priced lots and simply adding a Modular or Manufactured and capturing a very nice cash flow.There is a new trend starting in Florida and in other states where an investor buys a piece of land or lot and add a 'Tiny Home". 

With a push to bring more manufacturing back to the U.S. and more employees returning to office work, there will be a greater need for mass transit solutions rather than building more roads lowering the quality of living if you want that SFH with a yard.

Hello, I am looking to place a new manufactured home (likely a 3/2 built by Clayton) on land in a growing market.

I was wondering if a manufactured home would be an economical and profitable solution. 

In the manufactured home industry, I've heard more complaints about new homes being bought and installed straight from the factory than consumers buying older homes direct from homeowners. 

Manufacturing has gone overseas reducing wages. 4.  

Move as much of that manufacturing South of Panama as possible.
