Here are the things I have:- Two toolboxes - one for every day things, one for other tools- Big and little hammer- Screwdrivers of various sizes- Wrenches- Cordless drill- Corded drill- Drill bit set- Voltage tester- Pliers and needle-nose pliers- Wire strippers- Screws of various sizes- Nails of various sizes- Wire nuts- Light bulbs- Spare outlets and switches (and wall plates)- Hand saw- Circular saw- Step stool (actually have two)- Ladders - I have two, one that is light-weight aluminum and the other that telescopes to clean gutters- Gutter scoop- Gloves- Flashlights (I have 4)- Tape measures (I have 2)I'm sure I'm missing some things but I also do my own property management and a lot of my own repairs.

Anybody have experience with this? I'm thinking about using it outdoors to spruce up some garden/underground outdoor spaces.

Many property management applications support work orders, but a mobile app would seem to be a good lightweight solution. 

For drywall mud, I used "Westpac" super light - light weight all purpose compound - joint compound.

When we lived in TX many moons ago some apartments did have covered parking that was just a light weight structure with only a very small slope for drainage.  

I do like how light weight my Yoga is but think I prefer a 15" screen to the 13".

I suggest getting the lightweight drywall sheets (as opposed to the older "standard" weight), and using one of the other approaches already mentioned by others if you insist on hanging the drywall yourself. 

For example, the ceilings and walls are not usually drywall, but are light weight wood panels.

(you will use this for cleaning gutters, fixing light bulbs, trimming trees and it's super lightweight.)5.  9" or 18" roller for the walls. 3/8" nap or match the nap to your back roller size if you used 1/2" for example.you can do a lot of cutting without taping.

Nice for lightweight use.
