The posts I read were more focused on which city is better to live in - I'd like to pose the same comparison as to which city is better to invest in for buy, rent, hold.The main arguments appear to be that Saint Pete has a livelier downtowna better waterfrontmore trafficmore crimeTampa isa well-rounded citylivelier night life less outdoor activitiesbland waterfrontA general agreement I've seen about the two cities is regardless of which one you think is better – live where you work.

Someone will have to pry my dead lifeless fingers from mine at the moment.

Venice is very hot and desirable area = good tenants ( google engineers, doctors, etc. who want the beach life)= less turn over and less crap to deal with.

I've seen my fair share of lifeless bodies and if you've never seen that, I hope you never have to.

If he's month to month, or almost up, let him know he's getting the boot if he doesn't make life less odiferous for the other tenants (if you want to get involved).

Money can be cold, hard, lifeless by itself sitting their not being put to use in some positive way for the world.Now I like to watch people working and see who really has a  great work ethic and reward them.
