I will be signing up for a real estate licence course within the week to become a realtor in Pennsylvania, however, with a few options I don't know which to use.

I just recently got my sales agent licence because I want to represent us when buying and selling properties.

, I could care less if someone is working without a licence as I don't think a licence should be required to deal with RE (or almost anything). 

In my city, New Orleans, a very high percentage of STR licences are held by out of town companies and investors, not locals.

I'll just wait till I have a problem and assume that day will never happen.Truth be told if I had my druthers I would want landlord licencing instituted.

Lender - has to be licenced to lend in the state where the property is located in - You will likely get better customer service/lower fees if you go to a small lender in the area where the property is located in.Attorney - Each state/cities' law's are different.

You live in a state that feels prostitution and kids playing doctor are at least Tier 2 sex offenders and mark their drivers licences. 

I don't need a license to sell a property but I believe the licence is useful when looking at properties, though I'm planing on buying at the auctions.

I may have an opportunity to attain a commercial pilot's licence at a fraction of the normal cost (It would still cost me everything I've saved) by learning from a friend in Texas.
