I have the lead paint and Seller disclosure forms and am familiar with an Ohio contract but not sure if there are any specifics required in the state of MI.  

Where are you generating leads and for what end? 

Do you mean just for "cold texting" or even when interacting with clients or responding to real, actual leads?

Do anyone have any  experience of automated tools like CRM integration, Automated lead generation and mass outreach, customer management and appointment booking etc.

I am doing it and getting 2 to 3 good leads each day. 

If anyone has any recommendations of some property management companies, id greatly appreciate any leads.  

My main focus is finding leads or deals.

I know that turnkey might not lead to the best financial savings, but I like how most of the work is done for me.
