Then they label the neighborhoods on these properties with 2/5 stars.... which is impossible, because I couldn't imagine a poorer neighborhood to label with 1 star. 

Everything is nicely organized and labeled.

@Natalia Perlova if the switch is in a common area and you are having trouble with the tenant especially if you think they switched the burner off deliberately (it should be a bright red switch plate in our area labeled oil burner).

Long term vision can trump current cash flow.So I will proudly take the label of property hoarder.

I also have no idea what room I'm looking at since they aren't labeled. 

They opened a new account, labeled it "trust" on the account and my checkbook, and that was it.

The two plan drawings should call out everything to be removed and clearly label the scope of work to be completed.

if i buy a rent ready house off the MLS, and put it under management with a good PM... that's basically turnkey too just without the label and the provider.one thing i notice on BP is how many new investors think they're being guaranteed outcomes rather than processes.
